Bills LB Arthur Moats skipped his last semester of school at James Madison to physically prepare for the pre-draft process. Now he’s back on campus looking to get the last nine credits he needs for his college degree.
Moats returned to the JMU campus a short time ago and is hitting the books. He’s also back in the gym going through offseason workouts designed by the Bills.
